Guidance on managing pain, symptoms, and everyday health questions between visits.
Health education
Clear, unhurried explanations about your condition, treatment options, and what to expect along the way.
Prescription renewalif applicable
Renewal of eligible ongoing medications when it is clinically appropriate after review.
Teleconsultation
Secure video visits from the comfort of your home — no travel or waiting room required.
