Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

First sign in: enter your email on the Sign in page and I'll send you a one-time six-digit code. Type it back and you're signed in — it lasts 15 minutes and works once.

Then open the Book page, choose a date and time from the available slots, add a short reason for your visit, and submit. You'll see confirmation on screen, and your video call link is kept in My portal.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Sign in and open My portal, where you can cancel an upcoming appointment and then book a new time that suits you better.

Where you can, please rearrange ahead of time rather than at the last minute, so the slot can be offered to another patient.

What if I need urgent or emergency care?

Teleconsultation is not suitable for emergencies. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or difficulty speaking, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening symptom, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Before your visit

What should I prepare before a teleconsultation?

A few minutes of preparation makes the visit far more useful. Before we start, have ready: a list of your current medicines and supplements (including doses), any recent test results, and a short note of your main symptoms and when they began.

Check that your device's camera and microphone work, find a quiet and well-lit spot with a stable internet connection, and join a few minutes early. If you use a blood pressure monitor, thermometer, or glucose meter at home, keep recent readings nearby.

It also helps to write down your questions in advance so nothing is forgotten during the consultation.

Can you prescribe medication during a teleconsultation?

In many cases, yes. Where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so, a prescription can be issued after the consultation, and you can download it from the History tab in My portal.

Some situations require an in-person examination or tests before prescribing. If that applies, I'll explain what's needed and how to arrange it.

Is my information kept private?

Your consultation and health information are treated as confidential medical records. Video calls are not recorded, and your details are used only to provide your care.

You can sign in at any time to see your own records, and only you and I can access them. If you would like a copy of your information, or want it corrected or deleted, just ask.

The Privacy policy page sets out exactly what is collected, who else handles it, how long it is kept, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act — including how to complain if you think I have got it wrong.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and cash. Once your booking is confirmed I'll send you the account details for whichever method suits you best.

You'll always be told the exact amount before the consultation goes ahead, and a receipt is available on request. If you need to cancel, please let me know as early as you can so the slot can go to another patient.

Technical

How do I join my video consultation?

At your appointment time, sign in and open My portal, then press the Join call button next to your booking. The same link is included in your confirmation email.

Your browser will ask permission to use your camera and microphone — you'll need to allow this to take part. No app or account is required.

What if my connection drops during the consultation?

Simply press Join call again to return to the same room — the consultation link stays valid. If the connection remains unstable, we can continue by phone using the number you provided when booking.

In an emergency, do not use this site. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or trouble speaking, severe bleeding, or any life-threatening symptom, contact your local emergency services immediately.
